Own the adversarial reasoning core of the Tribunal Engine. You will design the prompting, tool-use, and evidence-grounding architecture for the dozens of agents anchored by our Prosecutor, Defender, and Judge, and make them reason across peer evidence nodes that span the application layer all the way down to hardware and network signals. Your work directly determines whether a verdict is deterministic, reproducible, and defensible. Strong background in LLM evaluation, agentic systems, or applied ML research expected; experience with confidence calibration or causal reasoning is a strong plus.
Run reliability for the platform that runs everyone else’s reliability. You will build the chaos, replay, and evidence-ingestion infrastructure that lets Rooca see below the API line, and harden our VPC-native distribution so it deploys cleanly across public cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. You will own the integrations that turn server, hypervisor, storage, and network telemetry into trusted evidence, and make sure every deployment meets the operational and audit expectations of DORA, NIS2, and OSFI-regulated customers. Former SRE or infrastructure engineer at a regulated enterprise, with real exposure to bare-metal or hybrid estates, strongly preferred.
Carry Rooca into the largest regulated operators across North America and Europe. You will own the full cycle, from first CISO and Head of SRE conversations through security review and DORA-compliant procurement, and articulate why a single tool that sees the full stack and runs entirely inside the customer’s VPC beats a fragmented toolchain. You will sell against both app-only AI SRE tools and cloud-bound agents, partnering closely with the founders on the deals that define the category. 5+ years selling infrastructure, observability, or security software to financial services or critical infrastructure required; comfort in the room with both engineering and compliance stakeholders essential.
